Tip of the week:
Breaking up your cardiovascular exercise into shorter sessions throughout the day is just as beneficial as if doing one long session! Get in three 15 minute sessions of cardio today for a total 45 min!!
Exercising has gotten a bad rap over the years! The stigma is that you cannot enjoy exercising; that being fit is hard and no fun... this could not be further from the truth!
There is a new movement in the exercise world called Exercise Lite. This movement is based solely on the idea that if you move more you will be healthier! Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park a couple of rows over to and take a longer walk to the store, make choices that help you move more and you can see improvements in your health!
Exercise is exciting and fun... when you find what you love to do! Hiking, walking, running, cycling, lifting weights or rowing; the options to a healthy life are endless!
